Information and Conditions of Sale Door Furniture
Making a Purchase
Please browse our door furniture pages and if you wish to make a purchase you may buy online using Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Alternatively you can contact us direct and make payment by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (4% additional charge)
To buy online:

This is a simple process, just follow the instructions online:
- Click the buy online icon to go to the order pad
- Select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your basket
- Proceed to checkout and give your e-mail address, press "continue"
- Select country and then the delivery option you require
- Fill in the delivery address and card details by clicking add
- If the delivery address is the same as on the card tick the box, if not fill in the card address
- Check you are happy with the basket total and proceed to authorisation
- Print your receipt |
Handling

We send your order as soon as possible. If we cannot despatch within 2 working days we will inform you via e-mail of an expected despatch date. |

If an item is out of stock we will back order it for you and e-mail an expected despatch date, you can cancel the order if you would rather not wait. |
Delivery Options
You can select the postage rate according to how quickly you require your parcel.

The weight of the parcel dictates the options you have. We insure all parcels using:
Royal Mail First Class Recorded:
Normally next working day delivery but not guaranteed, must be signed for.
Royal Mail Special Delivery:
Next working day guaranteed delivery by 1pm, must be signed for.
Royal Mail Standard Parcels:
3-5 working day delivery, please note there is a 15 day wait if the parcel
is not delivered before an insurance claim can be made and replacements sent.
Courier Initial Citylink:
Next working day delivery between 8am and 5.30pm, (Saturday not
included), must be signed for. |
Credit Card Security

Our secure server uses industry standard software (SSL) which is among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your information, including credit or debit card numbers, names, and addresses so it cannot be read as it travels on the internet. |

Returns Policy
Please inspect goods on receipt.

We offer a 14 day return policy if you are not satisfied with any item. |

Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were sold. |

Postage and packing costs cannot be refunded and the cost of the return postage must be paid for by the customer. |

Refunds:
A 6% restocking charge will be made on the VAT inclusive price of the returned item, this just helps towards the cost of the credit card fees, packing and handling costs. We do not offer refunds if items have been made specially to order.
Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please inform us immediately for a replacement. |

Information Conditions of Sale Flooring and Doors
Our aim is for every customer to be happy with goods purchased from us. These conditions of sale are designed to prevent misunderstanding on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. You should familiarise yourself with these conditions prior to doing business with us, they are available on our website, on our premises and by way of a reminder on the back of the receipt.

The Seller does not knowingly sell any infested timber. Timber sold is untreated and entirely at the Buyers own risk and accordingly the Seller shall not be liable for any infestation problems thought to arise from such timber. For peace of mind the buyer should consider treating timber. |

Where the Buyer has been shown a sample the Seller does not undertake that the bulk shall correspond with the sample in colour, exact dimensions or quality. It is suggested that the Buyer views and examines the bulk stock prior to ordering. |

Any advice or recommendation given by the Seller or its employees to the Buyer either verbal or written, is followed or acted upon entirely at the Buyer's own risk and accordingly the Seller shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation. |

The price is exclusive of applicable value added tax, which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to the Seller. |

The Buyer shall pay the full price of the goods on delivery or collection. If the Buyer fails to make payment at the due time then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller shall be entitled to:
- Refuse to part with the goods
- Cancel any contract or further deliveries
- Make a handling charge of 20% (excluding door furniture) of the invoice value plus any carriage costs incurred. |

Goods shall remain the absolute property of the Seller as legal and equitable owner until the Seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all amounts owing to the Seller. |

Where by express agreement with the Seller, the Buyer returns goods to stock, a minimum handling charge of 20% of the invoice value plus carriage costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be credited. |

The Seller shall take a deposit where goods are being specially made for the buyer to an agreed specification or where goods are to be reserved prior to collection or delivery. The seller will retain the deposit if the Buyer in any way changes agreements made. |
 |
Delivery of the goods shall be made by the Buyer collecting from the Seller's premises, or by the Seller delivering the goods to a given address for an agreed charge. Reasonable access and assistance to unload should be provided. Goods will not be off loaded unless payment is received in full. |

Risk to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery or collection |
 |
The Seller's liability shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods concerned, all liability for consequential loss is expressly excluded. |
