Handling 

We send your order as soon as possible usually the same or next working day. If we cannot despatch within 2 working days we will inform you via e-mail of an expected despatch date. 

If an item is out of stock we will back order it for you and e-mail an expected despatch date, you can cancel the order if you would rather not wait. 

Some deliveries will be direct from the manufacturer by next working day courier 

Delivery Options 

You can select the shipping rate according to how quickly you require your parcel. 

The weight of the parcel dictates the options you have. We send all parcels using: 

Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Normally next working day delivery, but not guaranteed, must be signed for. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery: 
Next working day guaranteed (not Saturday) delivery by 1pm, must be signed for. 

Courier: 
Next working day delivery between 8am and 5.30pm, (not Saturday), must be signed for. We usually use UK Mail, Interlink Express and Citylink. 

Please note that the majority of orders are delivered without a hitch. Once parcels are with the carrier they are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any consequent delays. If you are out when the carrier delivers they will leave a card for you to phone to arrange an alternative delivery day. Please respond to this immediately. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, carriers impose a steep return charge. In this event we regrettably have to pass this charge on to you, if it is clear that all address details were correct. 

We can despach to another address if you are not sure you will be in to receive a parcel, or call us for costings on a timed delivery.
